One Room available NOW in great 6 bedroom, 2 bathroom Student House in ultra-convenient, location in Cathays/Roath, just off Crwys Rd.

We're a group of 5, 3rd year and placement students (male) looking for a housemate to join us in our Student House for the 2026-27 academic year. Two of the housemates are new to the house this September, while three of us have been living here last year too.

We're aged 20 and 21 and would preferably be looking for another male, student housemate of a similar age.

All of us are good friends and sociable so we’d prefer the new housemate to also be a sociable person (and ideally interested in sports).

Most of us study at Cardiff University (one at Cardiff Met) our courses are:

Rent is £510 per month (equivalent to £118 per week) excluding bills

Arabella St. Great location 10 min walk to Uni & Students Union, 15 min to city centre. Ideal for Cardiff Uni Cathays Park & Newport Rd, University Hospital Heath, Cardiff Met Cyncoed, ATRiuM and RWCMD. 2 mins to Tesco, local shops, post office, bus stop, pubs and restaurants. 10 mins to Roath Park with playing fields, gym and tennis courts.

A great light, modern and airy 6 Bed/2 Bathroom house in excellent condition. 2 Bathrooms (one with bath) and separate toilet.

Ground Floor bedroom with double bed, large wardrobes, desk and chair.
