A fully furnished room is available in a clean and well-maintained two-bedroom flat on Maindy Road, Cardiff, from 25 September to 6 December while I am away on a research visit.

The flat has two bedrooms, with the kitchen, living room, and bathroom shared with the other occupant, who is a friend of mine. The flat is clean, tidy, and fully furnished, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Location

The flat is in a very convenient location, particularly for students and professionals. It is clean and has a backyard to enjoy the sun. Cardiff Business School is very close by, and SPARK, Tesco, Lidl, and Maindy Centre are all within easy reach. Maindy Centre offers a gym, swimming pool, and various other facilities.

The area is a quiet and family-friendly neighbourhood, with convenient access to local amenities and public transport.

Rent

£600 per month, you don't pay for the bills. The rent is negotiable, and you get a good discount depending on the length of stay. No council tax required.
The duration of stay can be flexible.

Who I am looking for

I am looking for a clean, tidy, respectful, and considerate person who is comfortable with shared living. It is important to me that the person values cleanliness, mutual respect, and consideration for the other occupant.
