Hello, I need someone to take over my housemates double bed tenancy ASAP! Lovely house on Rhymney Street, Cathays. It is a 4-bedroom house with 3 lovely girls: 2 professionals and 1 student on a placement year, all aged 21. We would ideally like another female who is a professional, please as we need to split the cost of council tax (approx £99 a month, excluding feb and march).
