We have 1 double room available now in Cathays area near Cardiff Uni and 10-15 mins walk to Cardiff City Centre. Including 1 bathroom, 1 living/dining room, 1 kitchen. Plenty of local amenities including supermarkets, and easy access to buses to Town and other areas. Housemates are friendly and respectful professionals and uni students working for Cardiff Uni, and UHW.
Currently looking for short term let of 3 months max.
Price is £650/month ALL bills included (council tax, internet, boardband, gas, electricity, TV license, water).
As shared accommodation, its expected that everyone helps out with cleaning shared areas, such as living room, bathroom and kitchen to keep it nice for everyone.
