Small double/single with all bills included

Two bedroom house with live-in landlady and two overly friendly frenchies, offering a furnished room in my two-bedroom house in Ely, ideally located right by bus stops with easy access into Cardiff. Quiet street with great neighbours, they speak to you and take in your parcels without stealing them!

The room has a single day bed that pulls out into a double, with a mattress topper for comfort. Bedding is supplied, so the room is ready to move straight in. The room has more space as a single as it's a small double but it's completely your choice if you want to use it as a single, double or pull it out for nights and leave in for day. There is a double mattress topper for use as a double. The room doesn't currently have a TV but am happy to provide if you don't have your own.

The house is a calm, well-equipped home rather than a party house, and includes:
All bills included (subject to fair usage)
Weekly cleaner for communal areas
Dishwasher and tumble dryer
Barista-quality Sage coffee machine with grind-to-order grinder
Large garden with greenhouse, used for food growing — lodger welcome to use some space if they’re interested
Driveway parking available

As this is my home, I’m looking for someone who will treat it respectfully.

I live here with two dogs, so this would suit someone who genuinely likes dogs and is comfortable around them. Ideally, I’d love someone who may be willing to look after them occasionally when I travel (friends currently house sit), but this is not a requirement, just a bonus.

Pets may be considered if they get along well with my dogs.

Full-time lodgers
Monday–Friday lets at a reduced rate for someone needing a base during the working week
I’m looking for a clean, considerate, and easy-going person who wants a peaceful place to live, not just a room.
Rent: £600pcm (all bills included, toilet roll, dishwasher tablets, subject to fair usage)
