I have a room available and pretty much ready l do (but can be flexible. )

To Ideally looking for someone who enjoys cosy nights in as well as the occasional night out. You must have a stable full time job.

Must be clean and domesticated. I’ve listed it as a house but it could be considered a dormer flat. It’s small but homely. Includes fridge/freezer, induction hob, fan assisted oven, air fryer, slow cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine.

Living room is open plan with kitchen, and includes a 65” tv. Bi-fold doors lead out on to a small private patio. Admittedly this area requires some work which will be done when the weather improves! Recently added a hot tub to be enjoyed too!

The room can fit a double bed, but it is a small room. My ex housemate fit a double bed, desk and wardrobe in there so should be fine.

I’ve lived here for 4.5 years. , This place is my home and would expect the other person to respect this but also come to feel the same way!

I enjoy the occasional night out, but like to live a stress free life, so I’m quite big on relaxation. There’s multiple bus stops within walking distance, and a train station 2 minutes walk up the road. Train takes around 7-8 minutes to get in to cardiff central.

Total rent should be around £600 per month including bills z but will need to double check one or two things/further discussion on this would need to occur.
