I have a double room available on the ground floor of my townhouse. The room also comes with your own shower room and kitchenette. Kitchenette is equipped with microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. The bedroom, shower room and kitchenette are all on the ground floor therefore quite self-contained. Females preferred.
Parking available.
The rent is £150 for a Monday - Friday. The house is situated in a quiet residential area, and near to shops, post office and there is also a bus stop at the end of the road which goes directly to Cardiff town center.
Roath lock and Seren studios are about a 20 minute drive away.
