Hello,
I have a lovely downstairs double room available which you would also have the use of your own shower room and a kitchenette. This is for a Monday to Friday let at £150 per week. (Arrive Monday depart Friday, you are welcome to leave your things over the week-end) Suits those working in Cardiff and returning home at the week-ends. If you work in TV, Roath Lock and Seren Studios are about 20 minute drive away.
The double room, shower room and kitchenette are located on the ground floor of my townhouse and therefore quite self contained.
The kitchenette is equipped with microwave, kettle, toaster, and fridge.
Parking available.
The house is situated in a quiet residential area, and near to shops, post office and the number 61 bus stop is at the end of the road which goes directly to Cardiff town center.
