I have a lovely double room available for a Monday to Friday let at £150 per week. Suits those working in Cardiff during the week and returning home at the week-ends.
The double room is on the ground floor of my townhouse and you would also have your own shower room and kitchenette (also located on the ground floor). The kitchenette is equipped with microwave, kettle, toaster, and fridge. I have my own kitchen and living area upstairs therefore your space on the ground floor would be quite self contained
Parking available.
The house is situated in a quiet residential area, and near to shops, post office and the number 61 bus stop is at the end of the road which goes directly to Cardiff town center.
