A bright double room is available in my well-maintained two-bedroom house in Danescourt, Cardiff.

I'm a university academic and, due to work and other commitments, I spend extended periods away from Cardiff throughout the year. This means you'll often have the house to yourself, while still benefiting from a live-in landlord arrangement.

The room is bright, comfortable and fully furnished with:

Convenient for Cardiff University, the University Hospital of Wales and local business parks.
Close to local shops, supermarkets and other everyday amenities.

Within easy reach of the Taff Trail, Forest Farm Nature Reserve and beautiful riverside walks, making it ideal for walking, running and cycling.
