Hi all! 🫶

I am moving out (starting a new job in London) so am looking for a new person to join my lovely housemates from about November 6th . We are therefore in search of a like-minded young professional to move in around then.

You will be living with two girls named Lorien (30) and Abbi (26) who work a teacher in Bridgend College and as a Talent Specialist for Admiral.

Lorien works in the college part time / 3 days a week and Abbi usually works 3 or 4 days from home and the other in office. The house does have a home office which you could share if you also work from home.

Abbi and Lorien are both friendly, social individuals who are always down for a debrief at the end of the day and are keen to try new things! They enjoy being outdoors, travelling, festivals, snow sports, getting a Nando’s, and coordinating cosy nights in with the fireplace and a good tv series. They are both clean, tidy, down to earth people :)

Bills each paid monthly (approx £160 each)
We sort out the bills amongst us and split them. If you move in, you’d take over the wifi and water bills.
