Located in the heart of Llandaff village, the property is a converted stables and coach house just off the village green. The accommodation is a kingsize room with a en-suite. There is a separate private sitting room. Parking is also available. There is wireless internet access, printer and scanner if required. Ideal for a professional person. Access into town is a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive and the university (Llandaff Campus) is literally a 5 minute walk away. The hospital is also a short walk and Llandaff fields and the lovely village are a spit away.

The property is owned by a very easy going business person who is quite often away so the tenant will have the run of the house, hence they just need to be the right type of person. Criteria is flexible so please don't pay too much attention to that as the person is more important.
