Hi ! My name is Helen and I've lived within the friendly village of Llandough for the best part of fifteen years - and have loved every minute.
This area is extremely accessible to all parts of Cardiff : the city centre is only a 15min bus ride, Cardiff Bay is on the doorstep, so is the old Victorian town of Penarth and the quaint area of Dinas Powys - all these places can be visited by local train and bus services. The bus stop is directly outside the house and the train station is a 15min walk away. Llandough Hospital is just at the top of Penlan Road : a 10min walk away - this may suit workers or visitors to the hospital.
There are also many amenities close to the house : Tesco, Asda and Morrison's superstores, Cogan Leisure Centre, Outdoor Activity Centres, Cardiff Ice Hockey Stadium, National Olympic Pool plus a wide choice of local pubs, restaurants and fast food take aways.
I am looking for professional people or mature students to share my accommodation with . . . . as I am very out going and am looking for similar minded people to fit into my friendly surroundings. All rooms are modern, light and homely and there are two living rooms in which you can relax. A driveway provides off road parking and there is a large back garden in which to unwind and watch the world go by. A fitted kitchen provides endless cooking opportunities or an arrangement can be agreed upon if meals are to be provided.
