Spacious double in modern new bulid house

Looking for a laid back easy going housemate to share my modern home with.

I'm used to living in house shares so I like my own space and know how equally important it is for a prospective house mate/lodger too.

The room is very spacious, includes a desk, bed, chest of draws & clothing rail but I can remove them if requested.

I more than willing to share things such as cleaning and washing products, providing you are happy to buy items if needed as well.

My house is a new build but very decorative with vintage interior and musical inspired art work.

I'm very out going but enjoy my own company and downtime too. I'm sometimes away on road trips so there will be frequent weekends where the house is empty.

I do on occasions have friends who stay and will have friends over from time to time after a night out but this isn't regular and I do not want a party house however I am understanding if you want guests as well.

I also DJ and will sometimes have a jam on my decks however I'm respectful of working patterns and the neighbors who I am good friends with. I also work shifts 3-4 times a week 12 hour days so will be out of the house early to go to the gym before hand and will usually be gone around 6am and back at about 9pm.

The room includes a parking space outside the property and there are there are lots of local amenities. The main shopping area in Llanrumney is directly infront of the house. The area has good bus routes and is also at close proximity to the M4 and A48.

All bills are included and I can even include you on my Netflix account and a cleaner that I will have come round once a week.

All I want is someone laid back, outgoing clean & tidy who has good social boundaries ha! Ideally would prefer to keep my living room for me but there is flexibility for the right tenant.
