I have a room to lease in my home after almost coming to the end of its refurbishment - there’s definitely enough room to share.
The house has 4 bedrooms and I’m renting just one.
The bedroom is a generous double, and the main bathroom is next door, I’m happy for the successful tenant to have that one to themselves.

I am looking for a professional who is tidy and can enjoy this space. Will consider Monday to Friday for a reduced rate,
