This house has a train station just behind it (4 minute walk) so it's also perfect for commuters who may work in Cardiff town or further. I myself am the landlady and I am back and forth to London a lot due to work.. The house has a lovely big garden, perfect for entertaining and a big kitchen which is great to cook in! I'm a very friendly and easy going person with just one requirement, and that is for roommates to be clean and respectful of the house.
