What I am looking for?

I’m looking for a fellow professional (I’m a teacher) to live in my house. I’m easy going and into my running. When in the house I tend to chill and either watch a bit of tv (there are three in the house) or just catch up on some work. I spend quite a bit of time at my girlfriend’s house so I’m not around all the time. There is also a spare bedroom which I’m not going to be renting out, that doubles as an extra living room.

I’m looking for someone who is friendly, respectful and also has a similar outlook.
