New beautiful stone house, friendly professional adults living together, semi rural setting, lovely village pub next door and tea rooms/wine bar.

Large double bedrooms with multiple double fitted wardrobes in each room with king size or double bed also provided.

Would suit a professional, great for commuting to Leeds, Sheffield and only about 10 minutes from Doncaster town centre.

Couples may be considered although extra charge applicable if so.

Lovely front garden and open plan living area and kitchen. private shared upstairs bathroom as live in landlady/owner tends to use ensuite in bedroom.

Nice place to live, needs to be someone who respects nice things and tidy clean way of living, and good honest individuals who also like a good laugh and live in a household of trust and openness.

Two friendly dogs too for comfort and safety and a fixed part of the household so you need to be dog friendly/tolerant or it won't work x this includes understanding dogs nature to bark, and the natural caring aspect of letting them out for a wee when you’re about at home x they give you unconditional love back though so it’s well worth it!

This is a lodging arrangement and an agreement can be provided on request. Lodgers are classed as excluded occupiers and access to the room may be required from time to time for viewings, routine checks, maintenance etc. Other small charges such as cleaning and contribution to household costs may apply and be agreed, also open to having a cleaning rota and good teamwork to keep the house a happy clean one!

Open to any type of rental period, longer term are preferred, and either way this is a flexible arrangement so one months notice can be served by either party in line with the monthly rental period:
