Extra Large Double room in friendly family home.

Hi there my name is Cheryl
I have a large double room in my family home avaliable from the 1st Jan.
It's a large 5 bed house in close proximity to the M18.
The room has lots of storage, including an ottoman bed and a large double wardrobe. Its also at the rear of the property so it's nice and peaceful.
There is WiFi, Sky Q tv with Netflix which is included. The house has a large family bathroom which is only used by a gentleman who is lodging with me.
Im looking for someone who is friendly and responsible. Who will respect my home and look after it as if it were their own.
My house may not be perfect, but it's got a lot of heart.
Must be a none smoker.
If you like dogs thats a definite bonus as mine are friendly and like a fuss.
I understand that people's circumstances change, so unlike most landlords, I don't have a lengthy contract. Just a minimum of 1 month. And if things change, I ask for 2 weeks notice.
