Double Room in Terraced House in Brinsworth

I have a double room to let in a fully refurbished terrace in Brinsworth. Within 5 mins of meadowhall, M1, Rotherham Town Center, and within 10-15 mins of Sheffield City center, with good transport links and local shops and amenities just a 2 min walk away, including a 24 hour garage. The house is on a quiet street, in a nice area. The room is fully furnished and bedding/linen is also available if required. I work away full time, so not around much during the week, and when I am I tend to be quiet & relaxed. There is on road parking, and an enclosed garden & patio to enjoy during the summer. plenty of space with a large living room/dining room and kitchen downstairs for relaxing or working. Wireless internet is available here, along with all other amenities such as laundry, TV in room, phone, microwave etc etc. Shared bathroom but it's large and kept spotlessly clean. We are both clean & tidy, easy to get along with. Room is avialable from 12th March 2011.
