Single room available in lovely big house.
I'm a live-in landlady but have my own living room and bathroom (separate to the rooms shown in the pictures) - the only room I share is the kitchen... and I'm not in there that much. This is a very easy-going/peaceful house.
There are two shy but friendly cats that wander the house and I also have pet chickens in the garden, rabbits and two small parrots in my room that you may hear squawk for a couple of minutes here and there during the day, so animal lovers only please.
The bathroom is shared with two other people - one of which is only around at weekends. There is also an ADDITIONAL STORAGE CUPBOARD available just outside the door for the person in this room.
Outside there is a studio which could potentially be used for yoga etc.
No smoking or vaping inside the house and no homeworkers please.
