Large double available in lovely big house.
I'm a live-in landlady but have my own living room and bathroom (separate to the rooms shown in the pictures) - the only room I share is the kitchen... and I'm not in there that much. This is a very easy-going/chilled house.
There are two shy but friendly cats that wander the house and I also have pet chickens in the garden, rabbits and two small parrots in my room that you may hear sing for a couple of minutes here and there during the day, so animal lovers only please.
The bathroom is shared with two other people who are away for much of the time.
Outside there is a large studio which could potentially be used for yoga etc.
No smoking or vaping inside the house. No homeworkers please.
