The flat is fully furnished throughout, with a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a shared bathroom. All bills are included — WiFi, electricity, water, and the rest — so there’s nothing extra to sort out. There’s also plenty of parking.

The location is handy: a two-minute walk to the supermarket and just a five-minute drive into town.
