I have 1 room available in this great house. The room is part furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. You have your own bathroom.

Bills are included, no hidden costs and no fees.

If you have a car, you can park outside the house with easy access to M18 and M1. The town centre is only a short walk away. The bus stop a 2 minute walk from the house.

Broadband is also included within the rent. A cleaner is coming twice a month.
