6-7 mins walk to bus stop (no. 97,98), Dore & Totley railway station

The rooms are fully furnished . There are desks, chairs, a wardrobe, bedside tables, high quality Pip studio beddings, blankets, tea/coffee corner and a mini fridge

2 friendly dogs; 1 large and 1 small. The dogs usually stay in the kitchen/utility (However, this may not suitable for people with dogs hair allergies or don’t like dogs)

🔸Fully equipped shared kitchen, 2 fridge’s compartments to keep meat and vegetables, a dishwasher, air fryer, pots pans, plates, cups, cutlery etc . No washing up, I will deal with it at night to save time & energy
🔸Main sitting room with smart TV, occasional shared with one of my children (they rent a room in different cities, come home now and again)
