House share with female in S12

Hello.
Rent and bills included- £600.
I am looking for a female house mate, im offering a double room, its sort of 2 rooms in one, they are joined by a door, i will add pictures.
You can use anything else in the house aswell, lounge, kitchen, dining room, TV etc, garden/driveway for parking.
I do have a 12 year old border collie who is nice and quiet, he just follows me around or sleeps.
Myself, im 36, I would say im quiet and keep myself to myself, im friendly, easy going, easy to talk to, im looking for someone similar, someone who respects the house, someone clean and who doesnt mind tidying up after them selves.
I would prefer someone who works full time just so we have that stability and so we arnt worried about bills being paid.
The total number for rent/bills is £600, that's for half of rent, council tax, gas and electricity, tv and Internet and the water bill.
There is already a bed and wardrobes/draws if needed.
