Bright basic room in relaxed house

Basic but cosy room available for single person - single day bed that pulls out to a double but realistically it's not set up for long term use currently! Room includes shelves, a reading chair, lamp, and will have a clothes rail.

I live alone with Leica, my rescue staffie. The house is clean, bright and warm, nicely decorated throughout with shared access to the kitchen, living room with TV, study for working from home, bathroom and garden.

I work at the University, with one or two days at home a week. There's usually music on in the house, and I like to cook, but there's no expectation or pressure to socialise if you just need to crash. I play five a side football, and go to the gym a few nights a week, and am often out at the cinema or pub!

Located between Woodseats and Abbeydale Road with frequent bus access to city centre.
