Double room with en suite in a large terrace house on a quiet leafy street off Carter Knowle Road.
Room is bright and airy, with a bay window. It has a double bed, chest of drawers, and walk in wardrobe. There is space for a desk and chair (provided on request) or additional office space can also be rented in a separate attic room.
The en suite has a shower, toilet and sink.
The room has used of a shared kitchen with cooker, stove, microwave, fridge and freezer, plus cupboard space. Also use of a shared garden, and external bike storage. Shared living/dining room.
The house will normally be shared with one other person. I am a male in his fifties. My adult children and other guests may visit at the weekend, so there will be others in the house at times.
