Double room in the heart of Nether Edge. 2 minute walk to the Broadfield and Nether Edge crossroads. To share with 2 male and occasionally the land lord. Nice and chilled. Occasional film, pub trip. Plenty of space in the house to breathe and live!
Lovely big house with plenty of space. TV room. Full sized pool table in another. Large dining kitchen. Sunny south facing garden with gas BBQ.
I (landlord) have a small room in the first floor but I am rarely here, away from Jan to March next year. Rent includes a weekly clean by a professional cleaner.
Room to park a small car off road. Might consider a dog. Secure place for bikes.
