Attic Bedroom in Three Bedroom House

Attic bedroom in three bedroom house nestled in the leafy suburb of Nether Edge. My friend is leaving end of May and I need someone to take his room.

The house is in a great location just off Abbeydale Road and close to local amenities. The bedroom itself is very spacious with a lot of storage. The current tenant has a bed and a desk in there which he may be able to leave for you if you are interested.

I am a very easy going and tidy housemate. I am often out doing my own thing but I would also enjoy having someone to share the occaisional meal or glass of wine with! I love music, photography and travel. I work full time and normally do one day a week from home.

This is a very nice little home and we are on a rolling contract so you can stay for as little or as long as you wish! Depending on your availability, we may also be able to negotiate an earlier move in date if needed. I have more photos available upon request.
