Our flatmate is moving out and this room will become available at the beginning of June. It's a spacious double room in a characterful 3-bed flat that is amazingly situated, just up the road from Sharrow Vale and a short distance from Ecclesall Road.

The room shares a bathroom with one other flatmate. A good-sized kitchen has amazing views over the valley and overlooks a large rear patio area that is shared with the flats below and on the other side. There is a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.

A spiral staircase leads up to a mezzanine layer living room with amazing natural light that looks over the kitchen. We share most kitchen equipment but ideally you can bring your own so there is enough to go around.

This is the top story flat of a 3-flat building. The landlord owns all 3 flats, as well as the 3-flats in the house next door to this one. If you're looking to meet people or socialise, there's a group chat set up for the flats, and we often go to pub quizzes and in the summer there are regular BBQs in the yard.

The house is on a quiet and leafy street that has free on-street parking.

You'll be renting direct from a private landlord. The £640 PCM includes rent, council tax and broadband. You'll need to pay for water (currently approx £60PCM split between 3) and energy (currently approx £160 PCM split between 3).
