We have a nice sunny middle floor single bedroom coming available shortly in well managed friendly shared professional house located on Carterknowle Road.

The house location has very easy access to the City Centre, hospitals, universities etc. and also very close to the Peak District and several large supermarkets and good local shops. The other tenants say they "are a friendly outgoing bunch aged between 25 and 32. Currently have 6 guys but two are leaving so we are looking for two people to join the house - this single room and then there is also a double room advertised separately

We love cooking, climbing, walking in the Peaks climbing, wild swimming, music and arts. We share a patio/yard with our neighbours who are a similar mix of people and we all get on well and regularly hang out at the weekends/through the week".

The house has a large bay windowed sitting room, a well equipped kitchen with a great breakfast bar arrangement which makes a great social space too, a large dry cellar utility room with a washer, a dryer and a chest freezer and good storage space, two bathrooms, and a separate toilet.

Outside the house shares a yard space with the neighbouring house which has become a nice social meeting place too. There is also a covered bike shelter inside the private secured yard.

Rent is fully inclusive of all bills including good broaddband/wifi coverage..

We have cleaners who visit the house every two weeks or so
