One double room will be available in our three bedroom, two bathroom flat share in Nether Edge/Sharrow from the end of August. The flat is on the middle floor of the three-story building and is fully furnished. There is a dishwasher and washing machine. There is plenty of on street un-permitted parking on the road and surrounding area. Rest is £650 per month, including council tax and broadband. Other bills not included.
Existing flatmates are a 30y old engineer and a 27y old ecologist. We love living in this sociable building, and make the most of the shared outdoor space to do BBQs with our neighbours. We often go to the local pub quiz. Everyone in the building are similar ages and are often keen to meet new people.
