Beautiful, light and spacious double bedroom available to let, in a two-bed house, in the heart of Nether Edge.

The house is in an amazing location, with a gorgeous garden and easy access to the city and Peaks.

There is easily enough space in the room to work from home, if needed. All furniture in pics is supplied (double bed, large chest of drawers, small wardrobe, desk, chair, and bedside table).

Available from the 15th of Aug, for 3 months, with the potential to extend (shorter stays are also welcome). Open to week-day stays only, also. Perfect for those needing a short-term place to stay before finding somewhere more long-term; as well as mature students, and those who are working from Sheffield but live elsewhere.

Bills are not included in the rent price, and I have a cleaner who comes every two weeks. For more info on costs, please feel free to message me :)
