We have two rooms which will soon be available in our lovely flat in Netheredge.

The flat consists of 5 bedrooms in total with 3 bathrooms across two levels. Downstairs is a large open plan living space with French doors that lead onto a huge shared garden.

We’re currently a mix of males and females. Everyone’s very respectful, clean and laid back! It is a pretty social dynamic as we will often do things with the neighbouring flats, such as a pub quiz or a bbq! We’re all professionals (mostly mid-late 20’s) so if you’re looking to meet new people this would work perfectly.

There’s plenty of (free) on street parking and so much within walking distance, with the choice of Ecclesall Road, Sharrow Vale and Abbeydale Road all within a 10/15 minute walk.

WiFi and council tax are included in the rent. Gas, electric and water will be additional.
