Hark! Within the fair and leafy bounds of Nether Edge stands a most magnificent Edwardian abode, vast of space and gracious of spirit. Within its venerable walls lie chambers for rent — rooms of generous measure, each fit for gentlefolk of taste and temperance.

Each chamber is well adorned and furnished in comfort. Shouldst thou desire the celestial pleasures of Sky Q, arrangements may be struck — for a modest tribute of thirteen pounds per moon, I shall summon forth the necessary contrivance. Verily, all chambers boast new beds and mattresses most resplendent (renewed in the year 2025), for the repose of weary souls.

In the grand salon, a mighty screen of sixty and five inches doth glow with the marvels of Netflix, Amazon Prime, Sky, YouTube Premium — yea, even Disney+ and Apple TV+. Entertainment, like the muses themselves, abound in this dwelling!

The household is blessed with devices wondrous and strange: a singing machine that heralds the completion of thy washings, and an enchanted press that crafts cheese toasties of divine perfection. The walls have been newly graced with colour, and therein stand consoles of play — the PS5 and the Switch — for battles most merry and diversions unending.

A noble bath chamber awaiteth, with a separate privy for convenience. The home itself is kept in a state most pristine — a virtue much prized by those of tidy habit and gentle grace.

Companionship is held dear within these walls — shared feasts, games of wit and chance, and the occasional revel beneath the moon. House parties do occur, yet with rare frequency, lest the peace of the household be disturbed.

Beyond the threshold lies a garden vast, with table broad for al fresco supping, a canopy to shield from heaven’s tears, and fire pits to warm the soul beneath summer’s sky.

Two creatures of fur and noble heart dwell here also — Florence and Churchill, sovereigns of softness, whose meows do charm and command alike. Florence, in particular, hath been known to break hearts daily.
