This house is exceptionally clean and not over crowded like most. In fact the only other person living in the property is me the live in Landlord. I am looking for someone respectful and tidy. The rent is just £350per month . A deposit is taken of £200 in addition to the first month rent when first arriving which Is£550 in total. Deposit of £200 will be given back when leaving .
