Offering a beautiful, immaculately presented furnished double room with high ceilings, built-in storage and a wall-mounted TV, ideal for a professional woman looking for a peaceful 4-night-a-week base while working locally.

Typically Monday–Friday or Sunday–Thursday, although I’m happy to be flexible on the specific four nights to suit your working and commuting pattern.

The house is owner-occupied and furnished to a very high standard. You’ll have use of the gorgeous five-piece main bathroom, featuring a separate bath and walk-in rainfall shower, shared only with me, the female live-in owner. Your bedroom is situated on the opposite side of the house from mine, with no shared bedroom walls, giving us both plenty of privacy.

You’ll also have full use of the high-spec kitchen, including your own designated cupboard and fridge space, as well as the cosy living room. I’d love to find someone clean, friendly and sociable who enjoys having her own space but also wouldn’t mind the occasional shared meal or glass of wine.

This is specifically intended as a weekday base for someone who works away from home, so unfortunately it isn’t suitable for WFH or hybrid working. The conservatory is my private home office.

You must genuinely love cats! I share the house with two much-loved cats, a younger indoor girl and a very sweet senior gentleman, so someone who enjoys having them around is essential.

I’m looking for one quiet, clean and respectful professional woman who will treat the house as a home while she’s here.
