Furnished double room with main bathroom access for rent in Heeley, Sheffield.
Room is in a terraced house with usual amenities (broadband, washing machine, dishwasher, garden) Lounge with log burner. Property has cellar where bike can be stored. My room has ensuite so you will have use of the main bathroom which has shower over bath.
Situated in a great location only 15 mins walk into town/train station, few mins walk to bus stop and 5mins walk to 2 popular real ale pubs, 10-15 mins walk to lots of restaurants. Parking is on street.
Looking to rent room Monday-Friday only with no minimum time period. Short lets will be considered
Rent is £87.50p. w/£350 month, all bills included and full use of all house amenities. Bedding and towels included.
Would like to think I'm an easy going landlady, my last lodger was with me 3 yrs. House is clean, tidy and chilled.
