We have a lovely double room available in our lovely 3 bedroom house. It comes with a lovely double bed, wardrobe and a side chest of drawers so there is plenty of space. We are clean individuals, there is a lounge, sitting area and kitchen downstairs if you like chilling & cooking there is room for that. The house has 2 toilets, one upstairs and one downstairs. Parking is available outside by the house and also on the drive. We have a lovely garden too which I do enjoy a good BBQ during the summer weather. the garden allows you to see some of the beautiful hills of Sheffield & a cute sunset.
The house is in S5 in Southey there is easy access to town and Meadowhall with great bus routes to both universities. If you drive you can be there in 10 mins or less. We live in a new estate, therefore it is quiet for someone who enjoys a good night sleep there aren't any disturbances. Neighbours are friendly, we are super friendly, would love another girl to join us.
