1Single, 1 double room in a welcoming and bright

Hello,

Thanks for your interest. I consider myself a friendly person, who definitely enjoys a chat now and again. That said quiet moments and downtime is a must. When home I like to use the shared livingroom most evenings to chill out and read, paint if I feel inclined I don't mind company when doing these things. As my home is just that, a home. I like have a good mix of characters that enjoy engaging with others and are thoughtful and respectful; who don't mind each others company at mealtimes.

I have a small kitchen - cupboard space minimal so please bare that in mind.

Both rooms are furnished and a desk in each.

Bills are included, and this is a tricky time for us all: I ask that all be mindful of usage of water, electricity and gas. Working out routines and having regular chats to that end, helps us reach a happy medium and enjoy life to the max. To be fair, that is my aim in life. To enjoy it as best I can and spread a little sunshine along the way. I have been practising Reiki each day, as a Master for over 25yrs: I mention this as I do therapy work from home. This space is my sanctuary. We all need one place where we can have downtime, and right now I feel this is needed more than ever.

Situated on a quiet cul de sac in Firth Park, Sheffield. I have good neighbours, who are friendly too. Minutes away from Northern General Hospital, ( 💜💚💖 NHS). There is an internal bus to take you into town for the Royal Hallamshire Hospital. Transport to the town centre is very frequent: Around 20mins via bus or less by car into Sheffield city centre. Meadowhall Shopping Centre, has everything under one roof with free parking and is also close by (5mins) and easily accessed by walking ( 20mins) car, train or bus. There is also space for parking on the roadside outside my house.
