1st March! Room in S11 House Share i

While the rain keeps falling outside 😔🤷‍♀️ we have a warm S11 house share available,

One double bedroom room with access to use a second study/guest bedroom available in a house with two young professional graduates - both really lovely welcoming people.
Bills are £70-90 a month in total managed by Lydia with a Council band A

Fitted Kitchen with two fridges/feeezers, gas cooker, washer etc
Lounge with two sofas, coffee table, stripped wood floors,
Four bedrooms ( one is the spare room)
Electric shower and full bath

Neighbours are quiet. Everything is in easy walking distance - restaurants, park, cafes, Sharrow vale and nether edge markets etc

It’s close to the 'Lost and Found', the city centre and both universities, hospital etc so easy walking distance, parking is on street via permits ( two available via the council) and usually okay outside the house - and obviously pretty good bus routes.
