Looking for one professional female to share with three others in S11 - all new to each other from June 1st. 😀

It’s important to have a happy safe house that you enjoy coming home to 👍

The house has four bedrooms and shares,
1. Fitted Kitchen with original stripped wood floors, gas/electric cooker, new washer and fridge freezer, farmhouse round table.
2. Lounge with original stripped wood floors, three sofas, coffee table,
3. Newly renovated stair case - photo mid renovation.
3. Bathroom with proper bath and electric shower, new flooring.
4. All bedrooms repainted and stripped wood floors.
5. Outside patio.

The Neighbours are friendly and all similar ages. Oh and quiet! Everything is in easy walking distance - restaurants, park, cafes, Sharrow vale and nether edge markets etc and we are not on a hill….

It’s close to the 'Lost and Found', the city centre and both universities, hospital etc so easy walking distance, parking is on street via permits ( two available via the council) and usually okay outside the house - and obviously pretty good bus routes.
