Great room in friendly, sociable Broomhill house

A very nice, light and bright room in a great house in fantastic location. We are looking for a friendly, twenty something female, young professional (or postgrag) to join three others others to make up a friendly, fun, sociable house share. .

The house is located on a quiet road in the heart of the Broomhill conservation area. Broomhill is a really nice part of Sheffield, a safe and vibrant area, with lots going on. The house is just two minutes walk to the high street and so very close to all the amenities, shops, cafes, bars, pubs and restaurants. It is ideal for the city centre (which is walkable and is also on a main bus route to the center) and even closer to the central hospitals and university (which are within very easy walking distance).

The House has good sized lounge that is nicely furnished with a dining area, a modern well equipped kitchen and a recently refitted bathroom (with full size bath and great shower).

Unusual for the area, the house has the bonus of a pleasant, sunny rear garden, that points in the right direction to get the sun and has a secure cycle store. There is also easy on street parking (permit parking)

The room is a very nice light bright room overlooking the garden. It is a smaller room (single) but it has been cleverly designed and layed out to make great use of the space, with a very large fitted wardrobe, wall units and a feature dressing table/desk.

The three existing housemates (and Spoons the cat) are three twenty something female professionals. They are pleasant friendly and really nice. They are looking forward to a friendly and sociable housemate, who wants to live in a clean and nicely presented house, joining them soon.
