All Inclusive - Great Double Room in Broomhill

A very nice, sociable house in a fantastic location. We are looking for two twenty something female professionals or postgrads (Erasmus or final year undergrad) to join two others to live sociably in a friendly, female, shared house (4 bedrooms).

The house is located on a quiet road, in the heart of the Broomhill which is a really nice part of Sheffield, it is a safe and vibrant area, with lots going on. it is just two minutes walk to the high street and so very close to all the amenities, shops, cafes, bars, pubs and restaurants. It is ideal for the city centre (which is walkable and is also on a main bus route to the center) and even closer to the university and central hospitals (which are within very easy walking distance).

The House has good sized lounge that is nicely furnished with a dinning area, a well equipped kitchen (with lots of storage) and a bathroom (with full size bath and shower).

Unusual for the area, the house has the bonus of a pleasant, sunny rear garden, that points in the right direction to get the sun and has a secure cycle store. Even more unusual for the area - there is good on street parking!

The room is a large and spacious double room. It is a bright room which is nicely decorated and well furnished with a large desk area and lots of storage and wardrobe space.

The second room is a very nice light bright light room overlooking the garden. It is a single room but it has been designed and layed out to make best use of the space, with a very large fitted wardrobe, wall units and a feature dressing table/desk

The rent includes ALL bills.. gas, water and electricity and broadband
