I have 2 rooms available in a great house on Murray Road near the shops, pubs and restaurants of Banner Cross and Ecclesall Road, and close to bus stops into town. It also offers easy access to Endcliffe Park and the Peak District.

1) large ground floor double room, AVAILABLE ~1st October as undergoing renovations.

2) First floor rear double, available 1st September

All rooms are fully furnished with a desk, bed, wardrobe, drawers etc.

The house is clean, double glazed and nicely furnished including a leather sofa, recently fitted kitchen with induction hob, fan oven, tall fridge/freezer and a washing machine. Shared bathroom. There's double glazing throughout. Cellar and bike lock bars attached outside to rear of house for bike storage.

There's two friendly guys in the house, a teacher and a care worker. Looking for friendly, clean, relaxed professionals or post-grad students.

The house also has a private garden at the rear with a table and chairs, and there's on-street parking at the front of the house available without permit.

Rent includes all bills: gas/electric/council tax/water rates/TV licence, fast fibre broadband. No smoking in the house but tenants can smoke outside.
