Three or four double bedroom will be available in this well-maintained four bed Victorian house in a quiet residential street close to the university.

Room 2 available from immediately with potential to extend from September
Room 1. available from 1 September

There is a 4th bedroom (ensuite) that may be available in September TBC - so the whole house could be available for a group of friends.

The house is next to a small park and is only a short (15 min) walk, or few tram stops, away from the University and a few minutes’ walk from large supermarkets (Tesco and Aldi).

You will be sharing with another mature students who is currently living at the house and is staying on next academic year.

All the bedrooms are large and have double beds, storage and a desk.

There is a communal living room as well as a separate kitchen. There is a sunny (sometimes!) back yard with room for outdoor dining and storing bikes.

Fast broadband, TV licence and water bills are included in the rent. Excluded are heat/power (depends on usage, but currently roughly £50 per person per month) and council tax band 'A' (students exempt).
