A really lovely large double attic bedroom and living space is available for rent in my house in Walkley. The room is light and airy and has a large double radiator. The room is furnished with a bed, a lovely retro sofa, a desk, office chair, mirror, rocking chair and a clothes hanger/drawers. I am situated 4 minutes walk from the closest Supertram stop and close to Aldi, Tesco and Morrisons. The house is a 15 minute walk from Kelham Island and close to the city centre and the University. I have a back yard and a private garden. I hybrid work sometimes from home but mostly in the office. I am looking for someone who is either a post grad student or a professional. There is a lovely open plan kitchen and dining room to use and a shared bathroom on the second floor of the house. Available for use is a washing machine, oven, hob and fridge freezer (no dishwasher I'm afraid, it's old school) My house is cosy and hospitable.

The house is close to the Ponderosa Park, Western Park and Crookes Valley.
