- Smaller pets you keep in your room will generally be fine (with prior permission), cats and dogs is a case by case basis where arrangements need to be discussed etc.
- There is presently one cat in the house.

The house is in Manor Park (S2), away from busy roads and not far from the city centre, ideally placed for road connection to Sheffield Parkway and M1 motorway.

There are bus services on nearby Beaumont Road into the city centre, with a Lidl supermarket and smaller shops, takeaways, pubs etc within five/ten minutes walk.
