Lodger wanted for room stylish basement flat in leafy Meersbrook, with its own entrance, patio, and enclosed garden. Single person preferred. Couples considered. No families.

The flat includes a cosy lounge with a sofa (which can also be used as a sofa bed for occasional guests), a comfortable bedroom with a good-quality mattress, bathroom, and a compact but well-equipped kitchenette with mini oven, induction hob, and multi-cooker.

You’re welcome to use the garden, patio, and hot tub.

Short-term stays 2 weeks - 4 months, although possibility to extend another month if it’s a good fit for both of us.

This would suit someone looking for a calm, friendly home environment, particularly someone who works mainly outside the home, although I’m happy to discuss individual circumstances.

Quiet street near Meersbrook Park with on-street parking. LGBTQI friendly.
