Beautiful Garden Flat Room

Lovely room available in a stylish basement flat in leafy Meersbrook, with its own entrance, patio, and enclosed garden.

The flat includes a cosy lounge with a sofa (which can also be used as a sofa bed for occasional guests), a comfortable bedroom with a good-quality mattress, bathroom, and a compact but well-equipped kitchenette with mini oven, induction hob, and multi-cooker.

You’re welcome to use the garden, patio, and hot tub.

I live upstairs with my two children and occasionally access the garden through the flat — usually briefly in the daytime, for example to hang washing, and sometimes to use the hot tub in the evening. In practice, the flat is almost always private to the lodger, and I don’t use the lounge or bedroom areas.

At the moment I’m looking for someone for 1–6 months, although there may be the possibility to extend beyond 6 months if it’s a good fit for both of us.

This would suit someone looking for a calm, friendly home environment, particularly someone who works mainly outside the home, although I’m happy to discuss individual circumstances.
