I have a small flat to let but with shared kitchen, the flatlet consists of lounge 12ft x 14 ft bedroom 10ft x 10ft and en suite bathroom. Shared hall and kitchen.
The property is on a very quiet residential cul de sac and has a large wildlife garden that can be accessed at times with agreement, there is a drive and parking for one car and regular busses into the city which is about a 20-minute journey. Not far from Graves Park and a half-hour walk to St James shopping centre and Graves Gym and pool at Norton. The flatlet would suit a person looking for a very quiet peaceful location, it would very much suit a single person. I live in the adjoining house and I am a semi-retired counsellor and very much keep myself to myself but have a busy schedule and live alone. I have a number of cats and would appreciate having someone that likes animals so if I'm ever away could feed and look after them. The rent is 600 a month including bills and council tax, I am happy to offer a reduction in rent per night if the tenant is happy to care for my cats when I am away. please do not apply if you do not have experience of living with animals and caring for them. There is no expectations that the cats would go in your part of the house. To review after 6 months for both parties possible to make longer term if both parties are happy with the arrangement.
