1 Room in Rural Grenoside village

Hello,

I'll probably be working away over the summer so posting this ad to see if there's interest in a double room in Grenoside for 6 months from mid April 2026

While I'm away you'd share the house with my lodger and her two Chihuahua's. ....Reggie and Ronnie like a cuddle on the sofa and are well behaved 95% of the time. The other 5% they are probably scrapping over a bone

I'm veggie and my lodger is vegan so please only apply if you are a Vegetarian or Vegan. Neither of us consume alcohol so you'd preferably not drink or drink in small amounts at home.

£580 pcm including bills and council tax with the caveat that if energy prices sore, the rent will go up in proportion.

6 months will be the max and I'd consider enquiries of 4 or 5 months

up to date photo's will be posted by the 5th of April

Other info:

The woods on the doorstep are good for walking and cycling The locals are all very friendly and it's normal to say hello to people passing in the street - which is nice. There's 5 pubs, a village shop, little cafe and church on the main street. An Asda supermarket is 5 min drive away and Sainsbury's and Morrisons is about 8 and 10 min away

The Community Centre is active and offers Pilates, amateur dramatic productions (which are actually very good) and a small badminton / table tennis club.
