1 Room in Rural Grenoside village

Hello,
There's a room to let in my 3 Bed Semi Detached house in Grenoside on a short term trial basis. With a view to longer term. I'm a mid 40's male with a career in engineering and I'm going travelling for a few months

When I return I might get a job and rent outside of Sheffield. If that works out I will occasionally use the small 3rd bedroom - the 2 double rooms will be let.

There is a married couple from India, who are mature students, in the other double.
The room on offer is for 1 person only - no couples

£500 pcm including bills.

Pets welcome - if they get on with the cat that's here
Vegetarian and Vegan diets preferred.
Faith in the universe or a world tradition/religion is welcomed.
Peaceful and aware space found her: No drink or drug fuelled party's here

Grenoside is a village just north North of Sheffield. It benefits from the rural lifestyle of a village while only being 2 miles from the popular urban shopping and residential areas of Hillsborough and Walkley. Sheffield city centre is easy to access by bus or car (20 - 30min) on the A61.

The woods on the doorstep are good for walking and cycling The locals are all very friendly and it's normal to say hello to people passing in the street - which is nice. There's 5 pubs, a village shop, little cafe and church on the main street. An Asda supermarket is 5 min drive away and Sainsbury's and Morrisons is about 8 min away

The Community Centre is active and offers Pilates, amateur dramatic productions (which are actually very good) and a small badminton / table tennis club

The house is in a friendly cul-de-sac of 8 houses
There's parking on the drive and pavement in front of the house (which is almost as good as off-street parking because of the cul-de-sac)
