Furnished Double Room with King Size Bed in a village on the north of Sheffield. Grenoside S35 8RF

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac with roadside parking.

Village Shop, Asda 5 mins away, Hillsborough shops 10 min. The Northern General Hospital and the M1 at jnc 35 are easy to access. Meadowhall and Ikea are 18 mins away.

There's woods on the doorstep for walking and cycling The locals are friendly and it's normal to say hello to people in the street. There are 5 pubs, a village shop, cafe and church on the main street.

You'd share with my lodger (35yr FM Nurse) and her two Chihuahua's. ....Reggie and Ronnie. She's vegan and often at the gym. She works morning and afternoon/evening shifts and is normally home mid day to walk the dogs

I own the house but will be working away most of the time. I'm a young at heart 48yr M into the outdoors, walking cycling, camping etc

The house is Vegetarian or Vegan; please only apply if you like to live & eat this way. Neither of us consume alcohol so please only apply if you drink in moderation or not at all.

We share the cleaning and the cost of loo roll, washing up liquid etc on an informal, good-will basis, and often cook for each other.

£580 pcm including bills and council tax with the caveat that if energy prices sore, the rent will go up in proportion.
