Fabulous room(s) in Broomhill

We are looking for two friendly, sociable female postgrads /older undergrads, to join two others to live sociably in a friendly house.


We have created a really nice house, that takes advantage of larger rooms and a great location, for a smaller number of housemates that don’t want to live in a more typical student house. More of a professional house, for four, friendly females who are studying and want to live sociably in a clean and nicely presented house.
The house is in Broomhill (s10) which is a fab place to live, it has lots of local amenities, shops, cafes, bars and resteraunts and has a vibrant feel. Is quite close to the city centre (with excellent bus links) and even closer to the university which is within easy walking distance.


It is a larger style house with the advantage of both a kitchen and lounge. With just four bedrooms it works really well for postgrads or older under grads that want to live in a nicer, more “professional” house with less housemates .

The lounge is spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. It is set up with dinning area so that housemates can eat together or with friends. The kitchen larger than average, clean, tidy and well equipped. We have fully equipped the kitchen with new things so that you have everything you need (pots, pans, crockery, glasses, etc etc), We have also replaced the oven and microwave...kettle and toaster!
There is a a great bathroom and four really nice double bedrooms.

All the bedrooms are very large and spacious doubles, that are decorated and finished to a really good standard.

The two remaining bedrooms are very large, spacious, light and bright double rooms that are nicely decorated and well presented. They are nicely furnished and each have a desk, drawer units and lots of wardrobe and cupboard space. 


There is outside space with a sunny back yard. We will be adding a table, and bench/chairs, to create a “roof terrace” A very useable outside space for BBQs and catching some sunshine (it points in the right direction and gets sun all day.

Both seem really nice, they will be new to Sheffield and looking forward to living in a friendly house with other postgrads.
